Feisal Somji, BSc, MBA
Position: Chief Executive Officer & Director

Feisal Somji has more than 15 years of experience in mineral exploration and development, and has been involved in early stage, late stage and mine development projects around the world. He provides expertise in areas of corporate finance and governance, as well as mineral exploration management. Mr. Somji has acted as an officer and director of several public companies involved in diamond, gold and platinum group element assets in Canada, Mexico, Brazil and Africa.

 
Marshall L. Farris
Position: President & Director

Marshall Farris, age 45, has 20 years of experience assisting public and private companies with corporate operations, capital development, corporate communications and regulatory compliance activities. A co-founder and principal of Ascenta Finance Corp., a registered Exempt Market Dealer, Mr. Farris has participated in raising over $150 million in capital financing for public and private companies. Mr. Farris has completed the Investment Funds Institute of Canada's Exempt Market Products Course.

Mr. Farris is also a founder and principal of Ascenta Capital Partners Inc., which specializes in corporate communications and includes Ascenta Ventures, which specializes in corporate creation. He serves as a Director of Empire Capital Corp. (TSXV: EPM) and is a former director of Mindoro Resources Ltd. (TSXV: MIO) and a co-founder and former director of Panoro Minerals Ltd. (TSXV: PML).

 
Tom Vaillancourt, BBA, DipFin
Position: Vice President Operations

Tom Vaillancourt has a wide-ranging business background that includes experience in accounting, finance, business administration, and investment and risk analysis. He began working in the geological exploration industry more 12 years ago and his work in the office and in the field has given him a deep appreciation of the industry. He has directed the logistics and support for exploration camps and projects and overseen the management and training of field crews. Mr. Vaillancourt has also worked closely with engineers in developing sites, processing plants and systems. He has an abundance of international experience and is well versed in multi-cultural management.

 
Nigel Kirkwood, MA, CA
Position: Chief Financial Officer

Nigel has 20 years of international experience working in accounting, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance advisory services. He qualified as a chartered accountant with Ernst & Young in Toronto and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario. Nigel spent 16 years based in London, England where he was a Director in mergers & acquisition at a leading US investment bank. He has advised global companies and private equity funds on completed M&A transactions valued in excess of $20 billion across a broad range of industries. Previously, Nigel worked with Ernst & Young's corporate advisory services team in London providing due diligence services to private equity and investment banking clients. Nigel obtained an MA in Economics at Queen's University.

 
Leo Sosa, BS Geo, MSERM, CP
Position: Senior Geologist

Leo Sosa has been with the mineral exploration industry for the last 20 years. He is a field-oriented geologist with international mineral exploration experience in Mongolia, Indonesia as well as in the Philippines. Prior to joining Philippine Metals, he was actively managing and overseeing exploration programs, as the Technical Manager of FCF Runruno Au-Mo project in Northern Luzon, Diwalwal epithermal and porphyry Cu -- Au project of Compostela Mining Limited in Eastern Mindanao and the Malita porphyr Cu project in Southern Mindanao.

Mr. Sosa is a licensed Geologist with a masteral degree in Environmental Resource Management. He is an accredited Competent Person in the field of Mineral Exploration and Mineral Resources for the Philippine Mineral Reporting Code.
